Early on, I worked with small (and some, big) businesses and realized that they were struggling with lack of consistency in their operations. Tasks were being done differently each time, causing confusion, delays, and errors. I saw that without a structured process, businesses couldn’t scale or even manage daily operations efficiently.

This insight pushed me to dig deeper into the importance of SOPs and efficient systems as a foundation for any successful business.

In this phase, I started collaborating with startup businesses to help streamline their operations. I saw first-hand how they were wasting time re-explaining tasks to team members and virtual assistants (VAs). This not only slowed down productivity but caused growth stagnation because they couldn’t delegate effectively.
